For high-risk transactions, an official identification document and/or payment verification may be requested. Failure to comply may result in the order being considered fraudulent and declined.

Transfers

Our support team will do its best to assist you. Transfers are provided as a courtesy, and no guarantee is given regarding the timeframe, feasibility, or availability. Some platforms may make migration difficult or impossible.

Free transfers are available for 30 days from the date of registration, subject to technical conditions.

Content

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold one-iptv.uk harmless from any liability resulting from the use of the services.

Any infringement of copyright or trademark rights is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent termination.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, please contact us with a valid request or legal notice.

Service Use and Security

The services provided by one-iptv.uk, including associated networks and systems, are provided solely for authorized use. Use of the system constitutes consent to monitoring for lawful and security purposes.

Any unauthorized access to third-party systems will result in immediate suspension. one-iptv.uk reserves the right to request proof of authorization.

Protection of Minors

Any account involved in such content will be immediately suspended or terminated and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Zero-Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy

Any account involved in sending unsolicited messages will be terminated without a refund.

Websites promoted through spam are not permitted. Any account resulting in an IP blacklist may be suspended or removed.

Payment Information

You agree to pay for the services provided by one-iptv.uk before the applicable service period. Services are billed on a recurring basis until officially cancelled.

Cancellations must be requested through the contact methods available on the website.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

A 14-day grace period is provided before suspension for an unpaid invoice.

Accounts that remain unpaid for 30 days may be deleted. Restoration fees may apply if backups are available.

Any chargeback made against one-iptv.uk will result in a $150 fee.
